List AI tools and providers, usage rules and security measures already in place. Describe the data used, authorised access and human approvals. Simple, current documents reflecting your company's actual practices are more useful than a general presentation.
Identify points to clarify
Identify practices still being developed and dependencies on external partners. The initial application helps the committee understand your situation and request any necessary clarification.
