Swiss Made AI operates as a nonprofit association. Annual fees fund application reviews, maintenance of the framework and visibility for labelled companies.

The label is never awarded automatically. Every application is subject to Swiss Made AI committee approval. The exact fee may be adjusted according to company size, AI scope and the review required.
